Guaranteed Repairs
Property Consortium UK Ltd guarantees all works provided for a period of 12 months from the completion of the works. Where the Policy Holder is unhappy with works provided we will organise a review of the works by an independent surveyor free of charge.

Customer Care
Property Consortium UK Ltd provides a central call centre for customers to call with any queries, concerns or complaints. Property Consortium UK Ltd will then liaise with the contractors to ensure that correct information is provided to the customer and all issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
High Standard of Repairs
Property Consortium UK Ltd regularly audits and monitors works provided by the network contractors. This ensures that all works are of a high quality complying with industry standards. In circumstances where the customer is not happy we will organise a review of the works by an independent surveyor free of charge.

Property Consortium UK Ltd bypasses the requirement to provide several contractor estimates to the insurance company as we work to a set schedule of rates agreed with the insurers. This avoids further delays to the claim and allows the works to be authorised in a more timely manner.
