The system enables constant communication update for the client at every key point in the claim, and generated letters for the policyholder confirming all appointments. The main function of our system is the facility to provide management information for both internal and external use. Our clients receive comprehensive monthly reports outlining details including the number of claims received, categorised to peril, average claim cost, again split to peril, repudiation percentages, and savings as well as quality control questionnaire feedback. The flexibility of the system allows customised management information tailored to the clients needs.
