Building Repair Network (BRN)
Our carefully selected building repair network consists of over 120 vetted contractors covering the United Kingdom. Each contractor undergoes a rigorous selection process, including investigation of financial stability, quality of work, customer satisfaction processes and communication procedures. Additionally we undertake reference checking, construction industry scheme and membership of professional/governing bodies verification.
Upon successful acceptance into the Property Consortium network, the contractor will receive induction training covering all aspects of the insurance claims process. This training includes what is expected of the contractor, in particular adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). In addition to this the contractor is regularly audited for quality of work, cost, timeliness, reliability and overall professionalism. This constant monitoring of contractor performance ensures a consistent level of excellence across the entire network.
