Property Consortium UK Ltd has responded to the increasing levels of claims that it is handling as a result of the summer floods, which
devastated Hull and Gloucester. A Flood Claims Office has been established with an appointed Incident Manager as well as a Technical
Advisor to support the existing members of staff already handling these claims.
Due to the complexity and the delicate nature with which these claims are handled, we felt that above the level of attention these claim
are already receiving we can be fortuitous in preventing issues, and expeditious in completion.

During recent months Property Consortium UK Ltd has continued to develop its entry into the new house building market by securing a contract with a regional developer. The developer will be utilising PCUK to provide an out of hours call handling facility, and emergency cover on all their new builds within the Southwest.
In addition to this PCUK have also won a prestigious account with FTSE 100 retailer. The retailer and home delivery company will utilise the repairer network of PCUK across the whole of the UK.
Further to this we are also on a six-month trial period with one of the UK’s top ten insurers. Success with this will see this insurer joining some of the other top insurers choosing PCUK as the premier repairer network.
Employees at PCUK are striving for their own personal goals, with many studying towards or partially achieving the Cert CII. A recent addition to those fully qualified is our Customer Services Manager Simon Frowde Cert CII. With those now Cert CII qualified there is fierce competition to reach the Diploma level. However, insurance is not the only subject we encourage the staff to take,
many of the customer service advisors are studying towards relevant NVQs, as are the account team.
PCUK are also pleased to announce, that following a successful year yet another office expansion plan is underway. An additional 3600 square foot of office space to accommodate our fast growing technical team has been agreed,
with an early 2008 projected completion date.

Property Consortium has appointed Matt Brady as UK Contractor Network Manager. Matt has been appointed to develop and strengthen the Building Repair Network at a time of continued growth for Property Consortium.
Matt comes to us having worked for Cunningham Lindsey as a Special Investigator for eight years, specialising in dealing with organised fraud and conspiracies. Chief Executive Jeremy Hyams said “Matt Brady brings a wealth of industry experience alongside an established and proven track record of designing and implementing working processes for service providers in the insurance industry. We now believe we have in place an unrivalled management team, that will see us well set to go from strength to strength in delivering the service to our ever expanding client base.”
Matt Brady commented that “The openness of Property Consortium in allowing me free reign to look over their company and processes prior to agreeing to taking up the role spoke volumes to me as to the integrity of the company. I am excited to join Property Consortium at such a time of growth and expansion. My aim is to create the most transparent, cost efficient and customer service focused Building Repair Network in the Industry.”

The staff and Management at Property Consortium UK Ltd (PCUK) have been involved in fund raising for Red Nose Day.
Fun and games have been going on all week at their Culmhead offices. Starting on Monday, homemade cakes were being sold for a small fee and ideas kept coming in for the rest of the week.
A game of peg murder was played, where staff paid for a peg with the objective of targeting a person to clip the peg on to.
Gradually diminishing the contestants, eventually it was won by the quietest young lady in the office, how looks can be deceiving.
Staff were able to buy a raffle ticket to win a paid day off work, unfortunately the further up the scale they were employed the more the ticket costs and as predicted no shortage of takers for this.
And finally Friday was a dress in red day with the piece de resistance being the opportunity for the call centre staff to slap custard pies in the face of the Management and Senior Directors.
Of course these were at a price and with no shortage of takers the amount of money being raised was growing by the hour.
PCUK generously agreed to match the money raised and by the close of business they expect to have raised in the region of £500.
