Competent knowledgeable Staff are a vital element to the success of Property Consortium. This is not gained overnight and has only been achieved as a result of continual training and development. All staff undertake an intensive probationary period of induction training leading into a continual process of knowledge advancement. They are actively involved in role-playing to enhance confidence in dealing with challenging situations twinned with the use of technical workshops to provide a basis for informed communication. Further education is encouraged and opportunities presented to progress through the CII and RICS qualifications from foundation level to associateship.
