Competent knowledgeable Staff are a vital element to the success of Property Consortium. This is not gained overnight and has only been achieved as a result of continual training and development. All staff undertake an intensive probationary period of induction training leading into a continual process of knowledge advancement. They are actively involved in role-playing to enhance confidence in dealing with challenging situations twinned with the use of technical workshops to provide a basis for informed communication. Further education is encouraged and opportunities presented to progress through the CII and RICS qualifications from foundation level to associateship. Our philosophy of staff movement between departments develops a broad based ability to provide effective assistance.

As a result of growth and successfully securing additional business, we have expanded and moved into new premises.
