Property Consortium UK Ltd provides a standard guarantee on all permanent repairs for a period of 12 months. Should a problem with the works occur during this period we will appoint an independent surveyor to review the works free of charge. Property Consortium UK Ltd will abide by the findings of the surveyor ensuring that any problems identified with the original works are rectified at no additional cost to either the policyholder or the insurer.
